Eggs poached ‘Panagyurski’ style

For one serving you need 2-3 eggs, 5-6 tablespoons of yoghurt, some butter, salt, vinegar, ground red pepper, a clove of garlic. In a pot put some water, some salt, 2 tablespoons of vinegar and when the water boils, crack the eggs over the pot and into the water. Boil them for 5-7 minutes and then take them out of the water.
In a plate put 5-6 tablespoons of yogurt mixed with a chopped clove of garlic, then put the boiled eggs on top and cover everything with paprika bloomed in oil.
